Shipping Policy

Below are details on our shipping policy at Nature’s Shop Ltd.

 

Orders to UK Addresses  

For courier services, Nature’s Shop Ltd mainly uses (but not limited to) Hermes. All our parcels are tracked. Customers are provided with a tracking number for their parcel which will be sent via email.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and delivered within 3-5 working days.

 

Orders to non-UK Addresses

For courier services, Nature’s Shop Ltd uses several services which include: Fdx, UPS, TNT and others. All our parcels are tracked. Customers are provided with a tracking number for their parcel which will be sent via email.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and delivered within 5 days or more.

For Birmingham orders, in most cases a member of our team may be able to deliver to your address within same day or next of purchase. 

Incorrect Addresses

Nature’s Shop Ltd does not take responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses. Please carefully review your address before submitting your order. In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect entered address, we will have to charge an additional delivery fee to re-deliver. 

 

Not at Home

The carrier should leave a delivery attempt card at your address in the event that nobody answers. The carrier will hold the parcel for a specified period of time before it is returned to us. In cases where the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will have to charge an additional delivery fee to re-deliver. 

 

Damaged Items

Unfortunately on rare occasions, items may get damaged on their way to you. In the event of this happening, please do be careful of any broken glass and taking all protective measures.

In the event of a damaged item, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. We do require photographic proof of the damaged item in order for us to refund or send you a replacement. Please take a couple of photos for us before discarding the damaged item(s).  Please send photos to hello@naturesshop.co.uk

 

Covid-19

Due to the current crisis, orders may take longer than usual for courier companies to deliver. You can track you order with the tracking number we will provide you.
