Nature’s Shop 14 Day Returns Policy
Nature’s Shop’s 14-Day Returns Policy allows you to cancel an order or return an item to us in the event you wish to do so. We can not accept returns on products that have been opened.
You are able to cancel your order from when you purchase to 15:00 after which you have wait for you order to arrive before returning it to us. Once we have received the item(s), inspected it/them and are satisfied, we will issue you refund on the item(s) only. We do not issue refunds on postage fees.
You are entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days from when you receive them
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
We will replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.
Replacements or refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the unwanted item(s). You will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s), excluding any shipping fees paid.
The amount of time taken for your refund to clear in your account is dependent on your banking/payment provider. If you have any problems with your refund, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist, though we are not able to contact your payment provider on your behalf.
If you have purchased a product consisting of multiple separate items (eg: bundles, bargain boxes, etc …), we are only able to accept return of the entire product and not individual components.
Returning Items to Us
Before returning items to us, please contact us first. A return form with all necessary instructions will be sent to you. Please fully complete this form in order to ensure timely processing of your return.
Prior to sending, please ensure the product is packaged securely so it will not break while in transit. It is generally best to reuse the packaging in which you received the item in order to ensure against damage and reduce waste.
We are unable to provide additional packing materials for your return.
Items damaged in transit back to us are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If we receive a return from you, and it is determined that your returned item(s) is not eligible for replacement or refund under our returns policy, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the parcel back to you. If you do not wish to pay these shipping costs, we will hold your returned item(s) in our warehouse for a maximum of two weeks from the date of receipt before it is destroyed.
Abuse of this returns policy may result in action being taken by Nature’s Shop Ltd.
Nature’s Shop reserves the right to apply and interpret this extended returns policy as it decides is most appropriate.
